Terms of Use

By downloading or using Football 2026 - Live Scores ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who We Are

The App is developed and operated by Nebula Work Studio ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at nebulaworkstudio@gmail.com.

2. Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Content and Data Accuracy

The App displays football match data, standings, and news sourced from third parties (football-data.org, public RSS feeds). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Match schedules and results may be delayed or incorrect. Do not rely on the App as your sole source for time-sensitive sporting decisions.

4. Premium Unlock

• Football 2026 offers an optional one-time purchase that removes ads.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The purchase is non-recurring — you will not be billed again after the initial payment.
• You can restore your purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchase" option in the App.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard App Store refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls, including premium entitlements.
• Scrape or redistribute data provided by the App in bulk.
• Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (design, code, graphics, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Nebula Work Studio. Football team names, crests, and tournament branding are the property of their respective owners (FIFA, UEFA, national football associations). We make no claim to those marks. The App is an unofficial fan tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA, any national football association, or any football club.

7. Notifications

If you enable match alerts, you consent to receiving push notifications for the specific matches you select. You can disable notifications at any time in the App's Settings or in iOS Settings → Notifications → Football 2026. Delivery of notifications depends on your device, network connectivity, and iOS settings; we do not guarantee delivery.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebula Work Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (see our Privacy Policy for the full list). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nebula Work Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
